The company exists to run one thing properly: a book where the price you see is the price you get, and every cost attached to a position is written down before you take it.

We Publish the Cost
Spread, commission, swap and financing are stated per instrument, before the trade, not reconstructed afterwards from a statement.
Trust
If something went wrong on a fill, we say so and show you the record rather than quoting policy at you.
Measured, Not Claimed
Execution quality is something you can check against your own statement. We would rather be judged on that than on adjectives.
Boring on Purpose
No bonus schemes, no countdown offers, no leverage you did not ask for. The account should be dull so the trading can be interesting.
Ownership
We would rather keep a client for ten years than extract a quarter's revenue from them and lose them.
